Since 1997, the 4A's Foundation has been committed to cultivating
diversity in advertising by investing in education and providing financial
support, primarily through scholarships, for future multicultural advertising
and media agency executives.

This year, we've taken all of the 4A's diversity and inclusion initiatives,
including its two New York City public high schools - the Manhattan Early
College School for Advertising (MECA) and the High School for Innovation in
Advertising and Media (IAM) - as well as the 4A's Multicultural Advertising
Intern Program (MAIP), and placed them under the umbrella of 4A's Foundation,
to give them one voice and a unified mission:

With the belief that possibilities are endless for everyone given the right
access and exposure, the 4A's Foundation exists to connect the industry
to talent for today and tomorrow.

Nowhere else can the collective impact of these programs be seen than
at The Face of Talent.

THE FACE OF TALENT

ABOUT
The Face of Talent was established by the 4A's in 2011 as a catalyst for
agency leaders, and their clients, to demonstrate their commitment to two
of the most important issues facing our industry-Talent & Diversity. 2018
marks the first Face of Talent unifying event, which brings together all of the
4A's various diversity and inclusion initiatives under 4A's Foundation, and
underscores the ongoing dedication to connecting the industry to talent for
today and tomorrow.

PURPOSE & REACH
The Face of Talent is the community-building platform to inspire and connect with
MAIP alumni, the current MAIP class and scholars who continue to advocate and
champion diversity in advertising, media and PR.
The multi-day symposium, including the Diversity Leadership Luncheon, attracts
over 750 advertising and marketing executives. This series of events is designed
to celebrate and showcase talent.
